Things are continuing to change everyday in the world at large and the world of yoga online. I hope you are all hanging in there and healthy.

I’ve added a couple new classes and am keeping the unwind+nidra deep relaxation class at 4pm.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS WEDNESDAY: By request, I’ve added this class. I haven’t taught an intermediate class in a few years (outside of private lessons) and I’m looking forward to bringing in some challenge poses and breathwork, which can be great for resetting the mind.

GENTLE/HEALTHY BACKS ON SUNDAY: this online class will be offered through Black Dog Yoga beginning this Sunday from 12-1pm. This class will incorporate breath and gentle movement, done primarily lying down to support back care. For this class you must register through BDY, where you can use your Black Dog passes or drop in.

All other classes are by donation (info below) via zoom.

CLASSES BY DONATION
Suggested $10 Donation for hour long classes/ $5 for 30 minute practices. Because I know that so many of us are going through rough times now, 👋, and yoga is so important for our wellbeing, I’m offering this by donation during this time. If you’re struggling to make it, join for free or what is right for you. If you can easily swing the $ suggested donation, great. If you want to drop in a bit extra to cover for others, awesome. Or if you’d like to do a Monthly Pass to practice as much as you like, suggested donation of $100.

If you’re a private student of mine who pays monthly, consider these classes included with that.

Zoom Classes:
You can download for free through the link below. I recommend signing in at least 5 minutes early so that you are ready to go. If you login and it logs you out, login again. I have had a couple technical snafus, pretty sure Zoom is completely overwhelmed right now.

Suggested, but not needed (I am not teaching with props): yoga blocks (hardcover books work), a blanket, strap, pillow. (If anyone would like to purchase props for home, I recommend YogaOutlet.com or Amazon.)

You can practice with others in your home. Dogs and kids allowed. I can mute you all while we practice.

Let’s come together as a community. With zoom, you have the option of turning your video on or off. Either way you will be able to see and hear me.

these are make or break times for so many right now and the yoga world (studios and teachers) are feeling it. I truly appreciate all your support which allows me to continue sharing this practice.💜🙏
