Types of Classes

Hatha Yoga/Vinyasa Flow Classes link breath and movement and can include guided meditation. Customized based on students’ needs so that everyone leaves feeling stretched and refreshed.
Meditation Improve focus and relieve stress with 30 minutes of light stretching and meditation.
Gentle Yoga Designed to gently open up the body through poses done in a passive, yin-style while connecting mind and body through breath. Classes may include using bolsters and other props to allow students to deeply open into poses. Students will leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Beginner Yoga A class for absolute beginners, breaking down each of the major yoga poses and safely developing the foundations of yoga practice.
Special Workshops onsite or offsite This may include Desk Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork), classes focused on neck and shoulders, or other areas of tension, or to relieve stress and anxiety.
