Sometimes a yoga practice or meditation will get hit a nerve in such a targeted way that my inner body squirms. This beautiful meditation posted on Facebook earlier this month from meditation teacher Sally Kempton was spot on so I’m sharing.

A beautiful question to ask yourself: Right now, today, what am I willing to commit to? First, ask that question, find the answer, then tune into your heart field, breathe into the BACK of the heart, and begin to feel the presence of a wider energy field that holds you. Ask your deeper, wider energy field to support your commitment. Then tune into your body and sense what it feels like to have made that commitment. If there is fear, find where the fear is in your body, breathe into it, and notice how the felt sense of fear begins to shift and disappear. Gently return to the felt sense of commitment, and let it fill your body.
